By registering for and participating in this charity run, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

• This is a non-competitive charity event and not a race. Participants are encouraged to run or walk at their own pace.

• The event will go ahead whatever the weather, unless circumstances arise that make it unsafe to do so.

• Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and healthy enough to participate. Any relevant health conditions must be declared at the time of registration.

• Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Participants take part entirely at their own risk. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except where required by law.

• All entry fees and donations are non-refundable.

• The organisers reserve the right to amend the event details if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
